Here is our another project that we handover at Happy Garden @Kuchai Lama. We handover this project in the beginning of this year. If you love beautiful interior design, centralised system will be one of the top priority item in your renovation list. This is because with centralised smart system, you will not see messy switches all around the wall. We help to link lights, shades, temperature, security and more into one platform.
Control everything via 3d floor plan
Imagine that it will so troublesome to manage so many messy switches and hardwares on the wall. Now with smart centralised system, you can control everything in single room or whole house by using our ipad or smartphone. Beside that our in-house programmer can help to automate the lighting in your house. For example, lights automatically turn on when you walk in to a room and turn off shortly after you leave. Even you are at outside you still can control everthing by using your ipad/smartphone. Whatever you want, wherever you are, you can control everthing by using your ipad/smartphone.
Smart Curtain Control
Do you still open your curtain manually ? Our in-house programmer can help you to schedule different curtain mode according to timing. Let’s imagine that everyday morning our curtain will open automatically to let warn sunlight shine in. During night time, when press a sleeping mode the curtain automatically close for privacy. Also, once motorised curtain is integrated to our system, we can program to let it react to different scenario, and lighting ambience. When click ‘movie mode’ the lighting and curtain in living room will be close and projector and speaker will turn on.
Traditional switches is relocate and backup at DB box
We are not the ordinary plug and play wireless smart switches. The main difference between centralised system and plug and play wifi switches is we are not replacing your wall switches one by one to let it become smart home system. We eliminates all the messy switches and relocate and backup at the DB box. Even when internet down, you still can using your backup switches to control your lighting, temperature and others.
